A Solemn Goodnight to All

On this day in history, legendary director Stanley Kubrick passed away in 1999.

He’s known for films such as The Shining, A Clockwork Orange, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Full Metal Jacket.

His work, decades later, still influences pop culture, cinema, television, and a broad spectrum of media.

I’m snowed in tonight, so I’m going to watch one of his earlier flicks. I might watch one of his earlier films tonight, one I haven’t watched yet. Not Dr. Strangelove or Spartacus.
